Baptism Form

We're excited that you are interested in baptism! 

Baptism is a great step for those who have placed their faith in Jesus to demonstrate this publicly during each morning service.

There is nothing you need to do to prepare!  We will have everything you need (t-shirts, shorts, undergarments, and towels).  There will be bathrooms available to change in.

During the service we will invite those interested in getting baptized to head to the Hospitality Suite.  You will then meet with a deacon or elder who will ask you why you decided to get baptized, pray for you, and help you get set up.

It's not required, but you can complete this baptism form beforehand to help you in your decision and so we can get to know you better!
